	Weatherproof Cases Pelican Protector™ cases are unbreakable, watertight, airtight, dustproof, chemical resistand and corrision proof.  They are made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that is extremely strong and durable.  Each case has a exclusive 1/4" (6.4 mm) neoprene O-ring (gasket) and ABS latches that seal the case perfectly.  An automatic purge valve allow for quick equilization of air inside the case after changes in atmospheirc pressure.  Pelican™ cases are NATO codified and tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP-67 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association) standards.  Temperature Ratings: Minimum -10° F (-23° C)  Maximum +210° F (+99° ).  Buoyancy:  Pelican cases float in salt water with various content weights depending upon the specific case model and dimension.
	Cases with Linings Many cases in this catagory have optional foam sets or divider sets that come with the case or that may be purchased as an options.  A foam set consists of three or more loose foam pads....a solid pad in the bottom of the case; a convoluted ("egg-crate-style") foam pad in the lid; and one or more "diced foam" pads in between.  "Diced foam" is pre-cut into removable foam squares for creating custom-sized spaces for  contents.   Pelican™ case models 1500, 1510, 1550, 1560, 1600, 1610, and 1650 have optional padded, adjustable and removable dividers, as shown below.
